Those are the Downtown Disney area boats. They go to POFQ, POR, and I'm pretty sure also to the Treehouse Villas, SSR, and OKW.

Thanks for the info! I really want to take a ride on these boats next time I go to WDW... kinda be my 'lazy' day off from the parks - maybe take in lunch or dinner at one of those resorts... there is not alot of information about this.
