Pics of Typhoon Lagoon May 19 and new water slide

Someone was asking for Typhoon Lagoon pictures on the DIS. We went today so I walked around the park taking lots of pictures. There are a few of the Crush'nGusher.

There is also a nice pool area by the new water slide. There was hardly anyone over there. Lots of lounge chairs. Think we may sit over there next time. The water slide is behind the changing rooms/bathrooms by the towel rental if anyone isn't familiar with the location of the new water slide.

It wasn't too crowded. We were afraid we would not get a lounge when we arrived at 10:45.

Thanx! In all our trips, we have never been to TL and only to BB & RC a few times. This Aug, DS (16) & I are making a trip down focused mainly on water parks. TL looks awesome! Your pix have definately upped the excitement quotient.

Thanks for the photos! I am trying to decide between the 2 and you are making me lean towards TL. I have not been there in years- we have been blizzard beaching it the past few times- maybe it is time to head back to tl.

That was a not crowded picture. There was also plenty of lounge chairs left at 2:00 PM. No announcements telling people to share a chair. I have seen much more crowded.
