I used my points to get the Loew's Regency plus the special of stay 3 nights get 1 free!

I'll let those of you who are interested whether it was worth using points outside of Disney!

Hope I'm not dissapointed!

You're going to have a wonderful time! 9/2002 my daughter (29 at that time) and I went. It's got to of been one of my best vacations. LOVED NYC and all the hustle, bustle.

You Are So Right!

We had a Wonderful and Magical Trip!

NYC Rocks!

The Hotel was Amazing! The Staff was Wonderful! DD loved room service! And they even had Disney Dishes for the Kids!

Great Location! Even though it's a Pet Friendly Hotel, never even noticed!

Larry King was even staying there! so you know it's a great place!

I have pics and will download later.

No regrets here!

I'm glad to hear about the great reviews. This is a place that I definately want to use my points sometime in the future!!!

Glad you had a great time. I happen to have been in NYC all day on the 29th maybe we passed on the streets. I went to see Mama Mia (fantastic!) and we ate at Ellen's Stardust Diner (also fantastic!). :sunny:

Wow they let you get the promotion with points? That's awesome! Have a great time.... NYC is in my backyard and there is nothing to compare it to!

I didn't see the Hyatt listed on the member website as one of our options. Is it a 'new' Concierge listing? How did you know about it? Thanks

Maybe it took the place of the "closed" Plaza? :confused3

So how many points did you use and how far in advance did you have to book? Would love to see your pics! I love NY and I'm itching for a weekend away.

We just stayed at the Hotel on the 29th and vegged! Ordered in Room Service!

The group of friends that I met with Friday Night ended up at Ellen's Stardust Diner! Now that was A really great experience! We only had dessert there but the food orders looked great! We ate at Earl's that night, which was also great!

Did you drive into the city? If so, was it difficult?

I may be crazy but I'm not stupid! I let the cabbies drive for me! or we walked!

We flew in and took a car service to the hotel. No need for a car plus the way they drive, I found it worse than in Montreal! :lmao: :lmao: Plus parking is so expensive!

It was in one of the member emails way back in December! It was a limited time offer. I jumped on it as soon as MS was opened!

This trip cost me 171 points, which would have been for just the 3 nights. I thought that is was a lot of points but after staying there, I think differently. Even DD liked it so much, we are talking about going back! She misses their Pokeman Pancakes! :lmao: :lmao:

I should have pics up by the weekend.
