Picnic in Park timing question

Does anyone know how late in the day you can pick up an ordered picnic? Does it have to be lunch time or can it be for an early dinner pick up?

We did not do this on our trip, but I did ask at the order kiosk next to the Mercantile. Last order time is 1:30pm, pick up time approx. one and a half hours later at the Coffee Shop, so last scheduled pick up is 3:00pm. Since not everyone arrives right on schedule if I remember correctly the CM said must pick up before 3:30 - 4:00pm. I would assume they adjust this accoring to crowd level and seasonal closing times too.
