We are traveling with two very picky eaters 10 and 14 y/o, any suggestions ?
We will go to all four parks and looking for table service for them (us)......

What does "picky" mean in regards to your kids? The reason I ask is that I have a cousin that was a picky eater as a child, but that just meant she would only eat hotdogs for two years of her life for lunch and dinner. I have a nephew that is considered a picky eater but all that means with him is that whenever we make meat of any kind, we tell him it is chicken, because he only eats things that are "chicken". What are your kids willing to eat, and then we can then look at retaurants that can accommodate those requests as best we can, plus maybe have something their parents might like as well. :) Also, you may not have to fret, Disney goes out of their way to give you a magical experience and if they know about it ahead of time, they will try to create something that even the pickyest of kids will love and are usually willing to work with you to make sure everyone at the table is having an awesome culinary experience.

My suggestion would be to try family style or buffet meals. That way there is something for everyone.
MK - Crystal Palace (character meal)
AK - Tusker House
EP - Garden Grill (dinner only - character meal)

We have those 3 places planned with my picky eater (DS). We are also going to Sci Fi and hoping he eats something there.

I agree, it depends on the definition of picky. Most table service restaurants will adapt an order (no sauce, change the starch, etc.) if requested. If one child only eats chicken nuggets, then go to allearsnet and look at the menus.

They dont eat anything that is spicy, yes they eat alot of chicken nuggets.
it becomes a diffucult to eat out due to their limited menu

I recommend TS:

H&V at DHS for Buffet
Cape May Buffet at BC for Buffet (an Epcot or DHS Day)

Also - for CS:

MK: Cosmic Ray's
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons
DHS: Sunset Market (Between ToT and RnR it encompasses a LOT of CS options making it an outdoor option with plenty of selections...)

Have a magical visit!

Disney is pretty good at special requests. If I am not sure of a sauce and ask for it on the side they don't hesitate to accomodate that.

I think your family would do well at 50s Prime Time Cafe at Hollywood Studios. They serve "normal" comfort-type food and huge milkshakes. We finally tried it on our last trip, and it's now my absolute favorite at HS. Try the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, and the peanut butter and jelly milkshake! :lovestruc

Not to worry, I traveled this summer with a 15 yr old nephew who very happily is a chicken nugget kid. We never had a problem at TS places finding him something. Try O'Hanna's very picky eater friendly. WCC at Wilderness lodge was a great place for him. The most suprising was Cali Grill, he was able to get a steak plain with plain vegetables and the server never batted an eye. The entire week was never a problem. Disney is always happy to find something a picky eater will eat. Enjoy your vacation.

One thing that I found extremely helpful when my son was younger, and pickier, was to have a game plan. The most annoying thing was to walk up to restaurant after restaurant and not find anything he wanted to eat.

Prior to our second trip to WDW, I sat down and reviewed the menus for each CS in the 4 parks, and made note of which offered items he would eat. Then I printed the name of the restaurant, location(i.e Adventure Land) , and the picky approved food items that were available on index cards. I made 4 cards, one for each park, and laminated each (packing tape). The morning of, I grabbed the correct card and put it in my bag with the rest of my planning info. It was a lot of work up front, but having the information on hand when we were deciding where to eat was priceless.

Buffets are your best bet...Something for everyone or simply book where you think they will eat and if they decide they do not like the food, get them a CS meal after.I pretty much decided this trip I was DONE trying to scour the park for Chicken nuggets. My daughter will try new things like she does at home, and if she doesn't like it then we can get her a snack later on.But she has to try it.

Most Disney food isn't spicy, even the ethnic places that should be spicy are pretty bland. Buffets are great, but your kids will be charged the adult price. I was not thrilled paying $32.99 at Biergarten for my picky DD11 to eat soup and mac & cheese.

The Liberty Tree Tavern at MK is one of our favorite lunch spots. It's basic American comfort food. Have your kids help you research the menus on allearsnet.com and let them pick out some places they might like to try. The Disney website also has menus for a lot of the TS, plus pictures of the restaurants. That may help they decide, too.
