Picking up Very Merry Xmas tickets and Disney dollars at the parks

We will be attending MVMCP but have to pick up our tickets the day of in the parks. We also have Disney dollars to pick up at one of the customer service centers. My question is, what are the line wait times usually like at the service centers? Is there a better time to pick up? Thanks!

The customer service center at MK is usually very quick. Less than a 5 minute wait the times I have had to stop in there.
