When I redeemed Orbitz vouchers in early October last fall it was a MAJOR hassle! I was traveling with my two young nephews. We checked into the hotel early that morning and got our Express Passes and then went to the front gate ticket window as the voucher instructed, but they said I had to go to the group ticket window to redeem it. So I waited in line at the group ticket window for 15+ minutes only to find out that the e-version of the voucher I pulled up on my phone was not sufficient; I needed the actual paper voucher. They said I could go to Guest Relations and they might be able to print it out so I went to Guest Relations and waited in a 30+ minute line. To print it out, they had to let me into the VIP area where I waited a few more minutes. Then they escorted us into the in-park ticket office so that I could sign into my email account on one of their computers and send the voucher to their printer. Then back to the original Guest Relations window so she could process the paper voucher. The lady who helped me was super nice, but it took well over an hour from the time we first walked up to the gates to when we entered the park. And this was off season; I can only imagine how bad it could be during busy times. So make sure you have your paper vouchers! I'm going Easter weekend with a different set of nephews and plan to redeem their vouchers (and upgrade my AP) the evening before we check into the on site hotel so we don't lose any valuable park time waiting in lines to redeem vouchers.
