I did a search and didn't really find a definitive answer - if there even is one! Has anyone had experience using their tickets on their Magic Bands associated with the resort package 2 or 3 days before checking in?

If you have tickets linked to your MyDisneyExperience file,
then your MagicBands will be able access those tickets and allow
entry to the parks whenever you arrive.

Yes we just did this and it worked like a charm. Upon checkin we went to our concierge desk and told them we wanted to get our tickets early. She was so excited that we had linked them already to our Magic Bands. There was something she had to do and then she scanned my band. She also gave me a print out of something just in case we had trouble in the parks getting in to show them the paper. We didn't have any trouble...they worked every time.

Hi Kallie,

May I ask how many days early that you picked up your tickets? We have a room only reservation for four nights and then our FD package starts. I know that we will not be able access our free dinning until the package check in date, but I want to make sure that I can still get our park admissions three days before the package check-in date.

Thank you!

Hi Robo,

Does this include MYW tickets that are part of a package? I am trying to verify if the unwritten "3 Days Prior to Package check in" rule still applies.

Thanks!

We are booked in a room only before we switch to our FD package and I was told by the CM that I couldn't get park tickets early. Please let me know if you can :) It really seems like you get really different answers from different CMs it is frustrating.

Thanks Robo, this is great news. I just wanted to make sure because as so many people have reported, WDTC has consistently told me exactly the opposite. I guess that I can understand why they do not want this knowledge to be widely known ($$), but it is still very frustrating.
