When we picked up our letter in May, the CM who gave us our validated vouchers thought she was being helpful when she sent us to Guest Services INSIDE the park. She thought that the line would be shorter. Well, you can only pick up your letter on the outside....and there was NO line. We missed our PS for O'hana due to the mix-up, but it wasn't a big deal. Also be forewarned that if you misplace your letter or have any other problems with DDE, you must contact the DDE office. Dh unknowingly left his at Marrakesh (fortunately located later), and no one in guest services at either the parks or our hotel (AKL) was able to help us.
