Swweeeeet!!:thumbsup2 Very similiar to my Cyclone except for the queen bed up front(I prefer my King). When's your next trip to the Fort? It will be much easier to spot you this time.

So when are you bringing it to the Fort???

It looks very nice.
Not soon enough :sad2: DH spent his vacation days when we went in May/June before we decided to upgrade. Actually it was the 3 weeks in the 30' Kiwi that convinced us we needed a new tow.

tungpo1..nice toy! we are toy'less at the moment. DH sold his honda cruiser to get the new 5er. We have our fingers crossed that Santa will come through for us ;) I have a question for you...is your ez gas or electric? My DH tells me you can't put a lift kit on an electric but I suspect he is pulling my leg ??

big kahuna1...we chose this one over the 4012 cyclone..but it was a hard decision. This one has washer/dryer connections and we loved the sliding glass door because it made it feel so much bigger. One thing we thought was weird with the cyclone was the bunks beds blocked the back door when they were down. There were so many things to consider...and so much $$..like buying another house. fun but scary just the same! I was so excited to find out we could right off the interest as a 2nd home, thanks uncle sam ;)

Anyone have any thoughts on your extended warranty? We bought one but have 60 days to cancel with this company. Can't recall the name but they are a GE company. DH read thought the policy/book and it seems to cover alot but you never really know about the fine print stuff

now I just have to figure out when I can get to camping world for goodies :cheer2:

I have the 3795. The 4012 garage is too small for my Ranger and it does not have a King bed. I did like the living area betterand I never noticed that about the bunks but now that you said that you are right but I don't have them anyway. No need for them.

Tell your Hubby you CAN put a lift kit on electric carts. I have a 6" lift on mine. Then they came out with a fully adjustable lift from 4" up tp 11" inches made by Jakes Lift Kits just after I purchased the 6" lift.:sad2:

My goodness - you could sleep a ton of people in that thing! Sweet!
Got room for 4 more? We don't snore...

Thanks for reply'n...yep, he was trying to pull one over on me and got caught  Now we are at odds because he insists on the gas one and I want electric. He says that with the larger tires and us 4 on it the battery one will not go very fast. I say, who cares I'm not in a rush I'm on vacation. Besides, the gas ones make too much noise. I am gonna stick to my guns on this one...he'll have to come over to my side or no cart. time will tell ;)

juligrl.....you could sleep a ton of people in that thing in my husbands words...it only sleeps 4...lol he has a huge family and I'm sure given the chance they'd all pile in it.:headache:

We haven't had a chance to take it out yet...DH hasn't had a day off going on his 3rd week. I have my fingers crossed that before the girls go back to school we'll at least get to do an overnighter.

You guys have a great day!!

He's pulling your leg again. The larger tires actually increase speed. Battery has nothing to do with it, it's the size of the motor and the controller. go to www.buggiesunlimited.com.... you will find out tons of answers. You can actually get an electric cart to go 40+mph with the right motor, controller and gears.

thanks Gatordad,
oh boy...he's gonna get it now..lol.....:duck: :furious: :rolleyes2 :upsidedow

Thanks for the heads up...I will definitely check out that website. When he brings this up again, I'll be ready with all my info. I can't wait to see his reaction :woohoo: :yay:

of course if he comes looking to kick someone's butt, tell him it was Colson39 who told you....:rotfl:

Electric carts can go fast, but to get it to do 40 your gonna pay some big $$$$$ and its going to have to be at the least a 48volt or more like 72volt and then your run time aint going to be worth a hoot.

believe me we won't own a cart that goes that fast. not with 2 teen wanna be drivers....I don't think so. until he comes over to my way of thinking the cart may be on the back burner for awhile. honestly I just don't see where we'd use it all that much. not to mention we've only camped twice  how can we know if we need the thing until we get more experence. I'm sure most of the places we'll camp will be alot smaller than FW. had he wanted a regular ole' cart I would have went along with it but noooo, he's gotta have a "flashy" cart. wanna know what he really wants???...a hummer cart  :headache: okay, I'm alittle riled up as you can tell...I better step off my soap box.

You guys have a great day...I'm gonna head to the gym

enjoy the gym......... I try to avoid such places

but a hummer cart isn't all that much more money than a regular cart. It's just the body.

That being said you won't find any on ebay for $600

I'm back, if I wouldn't have eaten so many Mickey bars the 3 weeks we were at WDW I wouldn't have to go to the dang gym. I'm sure its not the beer :drinking1 it had to be the ice cream :rotfl:

Gatordad, since you are a wealth of information you can probably tell me if Chads off the mark on the tag of the cart too..he tells me it'll be around $6,000. Is that somewhere in the ball park? I'm sure he is low balling me then he'll say oh...its just another thousand ??? Thats what happens when you are married forever I know what he's gonna do before he does it. I guess that goes the other way too.

Gatordad is correct those hummer carts are just a Club Car with a hummer body and you pay lots of $$$$ for the hummer body. I think the regular CC body looks much better, look at Gatordads cart looks better then those hummer bodies by far, well at least to me!!
