Pick Up Express Pass at Box Office and Adding Volcano Bay

My daughter already has a park ticket, but I want to buy her an express pass. Sam's Club has the cheapest price and it says to pick up at box office with photo id and asks for name. If I put my name in, since I have a photo ID, will it have my name on the express pass? I could put her name down for pick up, but she only has a paper drivers permit for an id....

Also, I want to add a day to her 3 day 2-park ticket, and make it Volcano Bay. I think the best way to do this is in park at guest services, hopefully adding a day and changing to 3-park isn't too much more. Or would it be better just to buy a stand along Volcano Bay ticket at gate?

I don't know about Sam's club but I would assume it needs to be in her name especially if you are not with her.
So you want to upgrade from a 3 day 2 park ticket to a 4 day 3 park ticket? They will just charge you the difference which I think is about $60 just check website for ticket prices. A stand alone ticket to VB is $80 plus tax.

Yes, that's what I was hoping for on the ticket upgrade, I guess I'll just call universal to see how she can pick up the express pass. I wish they had a chat option on their website. Thanks for replying!
