We are going to WDW in February - just my DB (Disney Babes) and me (no kids!!!!). We always start off with a dinner at the Hoop-De-Doo, my favorite thing to do at WDW!

If you could pick our other three nights, what restaurants would you pick and why?

My picks:

1. Calif. Grill with a seating at the end of the day to watch the fireworks;
2. Le Cellier - to end right before Illuminations;
3. ??? Have not decided yet! Beaches and Cream? Shall we finally try to eat a Kitchen Sink?

Thanks for the tips.

Here are my three choices:

#1- The Yachtsman Steakhouse- the absolute BEST in my opinion!!!!

#2- California Grille- can't beat the view & the food is great too!!

#3- Flying Fish- good food, good service

If Imay be so bold - try Ohanah @ Poly instead of Hoop Dee Doo - I like HDD BUT Ohanah is great!!!!

California Grill and LeCellier are great choices. You may want to consider Ohanas or Boma for your 3rd PS.

Tough choices --
But.....

Flying Fish
Boma
Chefs le France

Here is another vote for Flying Fish!!! My DH and I ate there in July and it was the best meal for us. We sat right in front of the kitchen area and I loved it. We had an incredible server as well!!

Also, we have been to Ohana and loved it! We would like to try Narcoosees as well!

Teppanyaki - Japan

Ohana's - Polynesian

Artist Point - Wilderness Lodge

But what about a character meal - just for the adults? My husband and I have always had fun at the Garden Grill.

my three picks

#1 BOMA the buffet is great and you can check out the lodge

#2 YACTHSMANS STEAK HOUSE great steak and service

#3 BISTRO DE PARIS the food is fantastic and if you time it right you can watch illuminations while dinning

The Yachtsman Steakhouse - YC (elegant surroundings, prime aged beef)

Boma - AKL (wonderful african specialties, smoked meats, and zebra domes!! not to be missed)

Cape May Buffet - BC (great seafood)

These restaurants are at the top of our must do list. Don't forget if you go to the Boma you can explore the AKL and enjoy the animals. Also check with the CM's about story telling around the Arusha rock fire pit, it is fun for all ages.

no kids?

Pretzel
ice cream
fries

Shoot, no kids, why bother to eat at all..............

But if you insist on eating, I'd say CA Grille, Narccossees, Biergarden. Because I'd be least likely to go to these with the kids.

Well, we don't have any kids, but we're headed down to Disney for four days before a DCL cruise and we decided we wanted to try new places we hadn't been to before. I'll tell you what we think we're doing (plans subject to change as I read good reviews!):

Narcoossee's -- first night, romantic dinner hopefully during fireworks
Kona Cafe -- breakfast for Tonga Toast
Nine Dragon's -- been here before, can't wait to go back!
Alfredo's -- but for lunch, not dinner as the menus are different
Plaza Restaurant -- I hear the burgers are awesome, strawberry salad sounds divine!
Boma
Breakfast in bed -- I don't know where you're staying, but we're going to do this our last morning, so we can leisurely get ready to leave for the cruise.

We adore California Grill and enjoyed Le Cellier the one time we ate there as well. It's so hard to make decisions about restaurants -- there's just so much to choose from! Good luck making your choices!

Hmmm, that's hard because WDW has so many good restaurants.

I'd have to say:

Boma's
Flying Fish
Cape May

Keep in mind that I've only been to WDW once, so I haven't tried all the restaurants yet.

Good luck & have fun!

I'd pick these:
Narcoosee's - try and plan it for a night and time when you can see the MK fireworks from the restaurant.
Artist Point - time this one to finish up in time to walk down to the beach and watch the ELP.
Jiko - a little more elegant and 'adult' than Boma, and make sure you allow a couple of hours before and an hour or so after dinner to explore the savannahs and the hotel.

Three places I could recommend, having been there before besides CG and Le Cellier would be:

Palio's - Italian, dark and quiet

San Angel Inn - would love to do this w/o kids for reasons stated above except of course it's Mexican!

Boma's (haven't been to Jiko yet) - would love to go here anytime!

Tough choice but those would be my top 3 repeats minus kiddos!!

Boma, Boma, Boma. We'd eat here everynight if we could! :) Fun atmosphere, buffet, DELICIOUS food and desserts!

We also enjoyed Rose & Crown and Marrakesh in Epcot.

Happy Eating

Our absolute favorite is Ohana!!!

And to add two more, Yachtsman Steakhouse and Le Cellier.

Yum, yum, yum!
