THANKS

no cinderella at the 1900 park fare? maybe I got my wires crossed here, the chara dinner there is with Cinderella no?

We were at 1900 PK for dinner last Saturday night and it was a good buffet. Lots of choices. Fairy Godmother was in the foyer, and Suzie, Pearla, Prince Charming and Cinderella interacted at the tables. princess:

50's PT has good food, but I found the interation is boring if you have a small group. DS and I were there last week and the food was great but the bantering with the waitress minimal. Although it was fun watching the other tables get in trouble from mom, our table was low key in comparison - but still a fun place to dine!

We just returned and 1900 PF has a great kids buffett....I even ate some of it:) Ohana had fabulous food too. 1900 Park Fare had characters and everyone was perfectly friendly and not rushed. We enjoyed both. So if you are going for the kids....pick 1900 Park Fare. If in it for the adult food....Ohana.

DNeph (7) did CRT (not 1900, but princesses nonetheless) in June for me - but he ended up having a wonderful time, too. The princesses were so sweet to him and he really enjoyed talking to them and having his picture taken with them. We also love OHana's and there are fun games and music playing that the young kids can join in on during dinner. 50s Prime time has always been a favorite for my family over the years and the younger ones seem to love the menu, but I agree that the fewer of us at the table, the less interaction we usually get - and I find that the young kids don't seem to 'appreciate' (or 'get') the decor.

OHANA - it is so good and so much fun!!!! My 4yr old dd likes it there better then any other restaurant

To reduce the stress level, I always consider where I'm going to be that night first so I'm not running around chaising meal ADRs. If at MK, I choose someplace in the MK area. If MGM, I choose something in that area. You have an MGM choice and a MK choice. That said, with a little boy, I'd choose Ohana.

If you are talking about breakfast I would do O'Hana, if you are talking about dinner or lunch I would do 50's Prime Time Cafe'

My 7 year old thought 50's and Sci-Fi were the "bomb-biggety!"
It was just the two of us in June. He loved 50's. The food was okay. Interaction okay. Desserts were great!
I'm not sure why he loved these places so much, but he still talks about the Smores.

Sorry monica31671 to burst you cool mommy bubble but the correct way to say it is "bomb-diggity"

50's all the way! I have two DS's 6 & 10 and that was by far their favorite.
They loved the fried chicken and the pot roast, and can't wait to go back.
