'Ohana, Kona or Whispering Canyon and why? I've been to all except Kona but we only have one slot open this trip - we are 5 adults and 6 children in our group (ages 9, 8, 5, 5, 4, 2).

Ohana because the food is awesome...WCC has terrible food (ate there last weekend) and Kona is just ok for me

We've only done one -- WCC -- and you could not pay us to eat there again. Go with Ohanas--it gets great reviews!

I must be the minority. We really liked WCC! Food was good and it was a comfortable place to relax and eat.

I agree with the PPs, go for Ohana. While I thought my entree at Kona was amazing (Tuna Oscar) our appys were just barely ok and the kitchen was really slow. With that many kids I think Ohana is the way to go.

If it's breakfast - try Kona. Everyone raves about the Tonga Toast.

For lunch or dinner, I'd go with 'Ohana. I've always enjoyed my meals at WCC, but a good number of folks (I've been monitoring your posts Kat!) haven't been too happy there lately.

We'll be at 'Ohana in February for dinner, and we are really looking forward to it.

I've been thinking about your experience at WCC vs. mine. DW and I have always had kids in tow, so maybe that is the difference, plus I really like BBQ.

The kids have always enjoyed the shenanigans, but we've always done either breakfast or dinner when the place is really crazy.

DW will attest to the fact they when it is just the two of us, we do not eat there. Next trip we are looking to our first time at Boma, GF Cafe, and The Plaza in MK (based upon your and other's comments).

Sorry that WCC has ruined WL for you, but I can understand that. I would highly recommend Artist Point though.

Ah, the Tonga toast at Kona. Yum-mo. Also, I went with a few friends a couple of years ago and they are coffee fiends!

They loved the pressed coffee.....

Of the three, the Whispering Canyon is the only we have been to. We loved it and will be going again in September.
