Pianist at Grand Floridian

My mother-in-law passed away this week and we will be having a small family memorial this March. My DHs family would like to collect music that she liked to listen to. She and my father in law took many trips to WDW and there was a pianist that she loved listening to, I belive that it was in the GF. She had a CD but I have not seen it in a few years. Does anyone know who this would be, or do the musicians change often? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it helps at all, I belive she did hear him play last about 6 or 7 years ago.
