Have a good day Rora!
I know what you mean! A couple of my friends have kids and while I love them, it's nice to come home to a quiet house! It was good. I spent yesterday with 2 of my bffs and their kiddos. It was a fun day. Gotta say though, I was glad to go home to my quiet house after spending a day with kids on sugar!![]()
It was good. My nephews came over and my mom was all excited about having an Easter egg hunt for the youngest. Well, he had just woken up from a nap and wasn't having it!
Aww.. Easter Egg hunts with kids are so cute. We used to do them at my church when I was little- I found the "silver egg" one time. It was pretty exciting. I won a pretty good prize too, I think, like a stuffed animal. My bff's daughter is 2, and she gave up on the easter egg hunt. They had scattered candy on the ground, so she left her basket on the ground and walked around with a mouthful of candy. Her sister's (4) was overflowing.
Oh no.. well I hope your day stays pretty chill. My day has been the usual. At work, DIS-ing.We were pretty busy for a couple of hours but I just got back from lunch and there isn't much going on right now. I hope it stays this way for the rest of the day cause I have a headache.
Oh no!! At least yogurt is yummy! Hmm.. I would've never thought cherry and pomegranate would be good together but hey I am accepting of all yogurt flavors!Looks like I've got the dreaded, by yet, not that uncommon after surgery, sinus infection. 10 days of cipro for me. Fun, fun, fun. I get to eat tons of yogurt now! Woohoo!I just found cherry pomegranate from Yoplait, it is so good. I can eat carton after carton of it. Who knew those two flavors together would make a good combination?
My Easter was good but tiring. I went out to breakfast with DBf and his family and then my family came over. I was running around playing with my nephews for most of the day.
Sounds like fun!
I like yogurt but I don't know if I could eat it everyday like that! I hope your sinus infection clears up quicker than it's supposed to!
Oh no!! At least yogurt is yummy! Hmm.. I would've never thought cherry and pomegranate would be good together but hey I am accepting of all yogurt flavors!. My favorite is actually Vanilla with Honey on the Bottom. It sounds gross but it is actually so good.
Hmmm, vanilla and honey sound pretty good together. I never would have thought the cherry/pomegranate would be good, but it's awesome!
Back to the topic of your sinus infection: I just had one too. I don't know if you've ever tried a sinus rinse but I think they are so helpful. My doctor made me try one ( I was really scared- it looks kinda scary) and now I'm addicted. You're supposed to do it 2x a day when you have a sinus infection OR you can do it everyday, just to prevent sinus infections (I'm prone to getting them, like chronic ones..). So, if your doctor says it's okay, you should consider trying this: http://www.neilmed.com/usa/products.php
Get the isotonic version. I found mine at Target. I was amazed at how helpful it was!!
Whew. I sound like a TV commercial.![]()
Alright, what does everyone think of this:

but imagine more peonies (the pink flower) and less hydrangeas AND imagine it being more compact and tight (does that make sense?). I love these flowers but do they look wedding appropriate? I want a "poofy" bouquet and sadly roses are just too expensive (not too badly priced for just bouquets but for centerpieces, church, etc=WOW!
).
I think I will have my girls carry the peonies and then alternate penoies and hydrangeas on the reception tables.
Opinions/ Comments?![]()
Are you really? I would love how to take a floral arrangement class. It looks so fun! I'd love any opinions you have about flowers and I'm always open to suggestions!!Thanks for the advice on the sinus rinse. I think I'll take a rain check on it for another could of weeks. Just to make sure the hole in my sinuses closes back up like it should. I don't want to force any bacteria up into my brain. But I'll definitely keep it in mind because I want to keep my sinuses clear.Anything to help me stay well is awesome!
Oh duh.. how silly of me! Well, once things are better, it's something to consider!
They are very wedding appropriate, especially if it's a spring/summer wedding. Not so much for fall really.
We are having a spring wedding so that's good news!
I've actually been to floral school, so if you want a somewhat "trained" eye opinion, let me know.
