The car center is always super busy on Saturdays so I usually don't see him around.

He walked outside and I was like 'Hey smartass!' and he goes 'Oh no, there's trouble.' Then I was whispering to my friend Carol and he kept asking me if I was talking about him, in a joking way. This went on for about five minutes. He's a cutie!


Don't worry, we'll come up with a list of things for you to say. Maybe you can write them on your hand or something. When is this special concert going to be held?

It's rumored to be June 13th. The venue is literally ten minutes from my house. It hasn't been confirmed yet but it was leaked on the internet via ticketmaster and got taken down right away.

OK, that's good to know. It'll be nice to have another virtual party. We haven't had one in a long time. We've had DIS Veteran parties for Honu, Jenny, and Starrzone (who we haven't seen in a while). We had all three of those parties over on the celebration board, but they have all gone to that forum in the sky. When you reach 500 posts, we'll throw a DIS Veteran party for you!

Honu update!!!!!​

I called the hospital again and I got to talk to Honu!!! We ended up chatting for almost two hours. She is doing very well. Fortunately, she is still mostly pain-free. She thought that she was going to have to take some major medication, but all she has been taking is Tylenol. Amazing!!! She was able to walk around today and was able to walk all the way to the hospital's gift shop. It was a little tiring for her, but she still made it! She said that she may be able to leave the hospital in the next couple of days. She'll be staying in the hospital's hotel when she get's "sprung". Oh, and she said that she met a couple of cute neurosurgery guys. Hey, hey, hey!!! Sadly, the guy that was cuter recently went on vacation. Too bad. (Honu, are you getting pictures of these guys? I hope so!)



I asked her if she had gotten our messages and she said yes!! She was so surprised and thrilled. She said thank you to everyone. She'll come on the DIS later tonight or tomorrow so that she can tell you herself. Jenny, Honu LOVED the McDreamy pictures that you sent!!



She seems to be really happy at the hospital. She said that everyone is really friendly and caring. She said that the food is great, too! She read me the menu. So far she has had meatloaf, turkey, chicken enchiladas, potstickers, creme brulee (yes, creme brulee!!!) and a lot of other great dishes. They even have shrimp, steak, pizza, key lime pie and tons of other great choices. She said it's like eating in a 5-star restaurant! And yes, they also have Jello. They wouldn't be a real hospital if they didn't have Jello.


I told her that you all said hi and that we're keeping her in our thoughts and prayers. You should all be hearing from her soon. I will give her another call tomorrow.

I got my phone!! I was even able to log into our online account with sprint and all of my contacts went to my new phone!! I was dreading having to re-enter everything.

No plans for tonight, but my family and I will be taking a short road trip this weekend. We're going to.......Nowhere in Particular. It's pretty close to the State of Confusion. We may go to The Point of No Return if we have time.

See that's the issue- I have no use for it.. the only thing I would use it for would be the nice calendar feature it has I probably wouldn't pay extra for the internet.. DFiance thinks it's a waste of money since I won't even be using the iternet.. he's probably right..

I'm really glad that she's doing well, too! I'll call her again later today. She said that she really liked seeing those earlier pictures of him (like the one from Sixteen Candles or something), but the current pcitures of him were much McDreamier.
