Photoshop elements question

I hope some of the digi girls can help!

I have a really cool picture of different color bicycles and I want to make the whole picture black and white except for the first bike which is pink.

Can anyone tell me how to do that using photoshop elements? I just put it on my computer.

you need to duplicate the layer so you have 2 copies of the picture. Then in enhance -adjust colour there is an option to turn the top image black and white. You then use the eraser tool to rub away the parts where you want the colour to show through from the underneath layer. Hope this helps asii'm not very technical someone may be able to give you a better, more detailed explanation. Gill

I also have 2 friends battling breast cancer and I’m a long time “relay for life” team member. I think” think pink” becomes second nature after a while.

Think pink does kind of get ingrained in your head.

I was thinking of the title Race for the Cure, although it's not really racing, it's actually a cruising bike but still.

I have PSE 7 and I've download some pre made photo collages from Scrapbools Etc. I know how to drag the image, group it (Ctrl G) BUT for the life of me can't get the excess image off after i resize the photo to fit it into the template. I followed the Video (on Scrapbooks Etc. to the T, but it's for an aolder version of PSE. I highlight it with MAqee tool and then it won't allow me to Cut, Clear OR delete. Hoe can I get rid of excess image?

I love this picture and I agree it does speak to you. My first thoughts were how it could be tied into a Breast Cancer saying.

I have an Aunt and a SIL that are both Survivors and I am a 5 time Breast Cancer 3-day walker.
