Hello, I,m new to this so I thought this one was a nice thread to reply to.

I always get the little Mickey & Minnie soft toys in different costumes. I missed getting the Halloween Mickey during last years visit, still hoping to get him though :thumbsup2

I love these threads :thumbsup2

I love David Doss' prints - I love the one with the buckets.

Claire - the pin picture is amazing!!! Thanks for sharing :goodvibes

I love that you have your gorgeous picture at the foot of your bed Elaine - what a lovely idea.

Unknown to me my DH collected the soups and shower gels from our last two trips.

Then when he had enough he made this wee surprise display in our bathroom.

Ooh, I love threads like this one ~ it's so nice seeing everyone's bits of Disney. :goodvibes

tomorrow it will probably be something else! ;)

Oh! I want that! Do you remember where you got it and approximately how much it cost (sorry to be gauche)?

Here is a picture of the bag I bought last year. I first saw it on a video that a friend brought back from WDW in 1997 (it's carried around by a woman who looked like Daphne from Neighbours). I vowed I'd buy one. But each time I visited 1998, 2002 and 2005 I talked myself out of buying one - I am really restrained on holiday shopping to the point of regretting it once I get home.

Anyway last year we had our last WDW holiday for the foreseeable future so I finally bit the bullet and bought one. :)

Love the soap and shower gel display :thumbsup2 and well done for finally treating yourself to that bag, Libby. :goodvibes
is this print still available?
I expect so as we only got it last Christmas ~ if it's not on display look in the poster section; it comes rolled up in a tube and we had it framed back home.

I actually got this one at Disneyland Paris in the end but they have very similar at WDW (circular base rather than rectangular) and I think they were about $150.

I don't have that problem. I usually end up wondering WHY I bought something or howcome I bought the same thing twice  :lmao:

I also got a few shopping bags last year, but that one in the pic looks really nice. :lovestruc Mine were quite different. They change them almost seasonally

My all time fav is this sketch that was drawn by a disney imaggineer for my ds

Hi everyone!

Thought I would start a thread to post your favorite souvenir you have brought home with you.

I know a lot of us buy loads of stuff when we are on holiday but if you could choose just one what would it be and why?

Ours would be our 'Mickey's Really Swell Coffee Brand' Mugs!

dismug2.jpg

The Micky & Minnie ones were from our trip in 2008 and the Donald & Goofy ones were from 2009 (sorry, I know I said to choose just one souvenir and there are four here, but we see them as a set).

We drink from them every day and they are a daily reminder of the great times we have had in Florida. They are so well made that they still look brand new and I love the old style characters on them! :goodvibes

So, whats yours? Take photos and post them here! :thumbsup2

Can anyone who has been recently tell me if they still sell these mugs? Our blue one has a crack down the side and a small bit of paint has come away from the brown one! :sad2:

Thanks!
