whats actually available with it? Hearing conflicting things, from what i hear they arent at most meet and greets and i even heard one of the rides wasnt involved in it.
Such a shame they arent doing it like they do elsewhere. Charge people more and have photographers at main photo points in park. Simple.
This isn't true at all.
I've already purchased the Photopass+ twice now; once for Halloween and once for Christmas.
In the first week that they were sold only Buzz Lightyear wasn't working yet.
But I used it on Buzz Lightyear 2 weeks ago and it worked fine.
It works on all the rides, and it works perfectly. All the cast members at the cash registers know exactly what to do.
The only characters that don't have photographers with them are the random characters.
But they never had photographers, so it's not a loss of something.
All of the others have photographers.
On my 5 day Halloween trip I ended up with 229 photos.
And on my 3 day Christmas trip I ended up with 118 photos.
The system works perfectly and the photographers take loads of photos.
Even hugs, autograph signing, chatting etc. Photos that you would normally not have.
The roaming photographers at iconic places such as the castle and the Partners statue will be introduced later.
This has already been confirmed a while ago.
However they need a proper time to test the system as they do right now, before they start adding that extra.
The Photopass+ hasn't been around DLP for that long, it takes time. Be patient.
