Does Photopass include pictures taken on rides like SM or Dinosaur?

No, the ride photos taken inside the rides are NOT part of Photopass. They're not related or connected in any way. Strange but true. The ONLY way to get those photos from inside the rides is to buy them at that time at the proper counter at the ride. Maybe someday ....

The guy who burned my photo CD at Epcot last week said he was convinced it was only a matter of time (and legal wrangling) before ride photos would be included on the PhotoPass. He also believed that the Cruise Line would soon be implementing PhotoPass.
