PhotoPass Plus issue at the Disney Chase Visa Location

We have utilized PhotoPass Plus and Memory Maker multiple times with limited problems. There have been times that photos did not show up, however I came home and emailed them and received a response right away with the photos tracked down.

This trip was the first time we did the Darth Vadar meet for Visa Chase card holders. We where there on Friday, and the photos have still not shown up. I went by the PhotoPass store on Saturday and they found the photos, said they did not know why they weren't showing up, however they should be shortly and to give it another day or two. In the meantime, they also loaded the pictures on a PhotoPass card and told me to link that to my account as "back-up"

The photos have still not shown up. I have emailed, and not heard anything. I gave the back-up card number to a friend of mine who also had an account (they were in our photos) and she has not gotten them on her account either.

It seems weird to me that it is just the ones tied into the Visa meet, but maybe that has nothing to do with it. Any thoughts? That was one of my son's favorite meets and I am heartbroken not to have the pictures. They pushed us through so fast we did not get any with our personal cameras.

Did you keep the instructions for the free downloads from Visa? Have you tried to claim those photos separately instead of joining them to the other PP photos?

No...I can't find them. Do you know if there is somewhere that I can access them? I was told I didn't need them since we paid for PhotoPass!

I did find this from another thread...it's basically uploading the card, which has already been done???

I have the paper they gave me, I'll summarize:
1. Go to disneyland.com/photopass (or app) and log in w/ your account (or create an account)
2. Select "link photos" and enter 16-digit Photopass ID # on the back of the Photopass card. Or select "Photopass code" in the app
3. Download images taken at Visa meet(s).
