Photopass pics not working for an online album? any ideas on what to do?

My friend is trying to make an album on shutterfly, but whenever she inserts her photopass pics, you can't see the whole picture, the outside borders are cut off. she can't seem to resize the picture and make it smaller either.

It definitely happens with the pictures that have the Disney borders added to them. They are supposed to be saved as 4x6 so I'm not sure why the problems.

has this happened to anyone, anyone know what to do?
