Photopass photos not showing up

Has anyone else had issues with photos not showing up when you link them, even after several days? I have photopass for a couple days last week and I have 7 Guardians photos and 2 Space photos that just won’t show up. I’m wondering if maybe it’s because of people not wearing masks or something? And maybe the reason I’m not having problems with Cars, Splash, or Incredicoaster is because the picture on those rides is outdoors? I’ll admit, I was a little naughty on Space and lowered my mask just for the picture (I kept it on the rest of the time)… I didn’t do that on Guardians though. I feel like (especially with Guardians where there’s like 25 people) it’s dishonest and unfair of Disney to not allow you to keep your pictures you paid for because SOMEONE on the ride vehicle didn’t wear their mask.

It may or may not be because of masking issues. We had solo pictures taken that did not show up. You need to call the Photopass people and let them know the date(s) and approximate time(s), and location(s), along with what you were wearing (if you remember). They're very good at finding the missing pictures. Just bear in mind that the longer you wait, the harder it is. Also, they purge everything after 30 days...so don't delay.

We had the problem in June. I could not get one Guardians photo to download no matter how many times I linked it. I eventually gave up and assumed it was because of the person pulling down their mask in our photo.

But it also seems hit & miss because I have friend who was able to get her Space one when they all had their masks down.

So, another brief update....I had some photos missing from our trip during Halloween week. Well, I tried calling the DL Photopass line, and it says that they are CLOSED. You actually have to call the Photopass number for WDW now. I was told (when they answered), that they now handle both parks.

Long story short, I was missing pics from October 30th.....and as I previously posted, they asked the usual: Date/Location/Time of Day......luckily, I remembered the deets, and within 5 mins. they found my pics and pushed them through to me using the app. So, I downloaded them, and now I'm all set.

So, just remember, call the WDW Photopass number, and have the info listed above, and they should be able to assist. Remember, the sooner you call, the better the chance of finding them.

I recently had some not show up and was able to fill out a request on the DL website, no phone call needed, could even upload a pic of us on the day so they could find us more easily.
