For what it's worth, they did help me out once. A couple years ago I made calendars for my kids with photopass pictures. Through my own oversight, I used the wrong starting month when I placed the order. By the time I got my calendars and realized my mistake, my photos were long gone from the photopass site. I called the photopass people and explained my error and asked if there was any way to recover my photos so I could buy a new calendar. Not only did the CM on the phone restore the pictures to my account, she gave me a credit on the account so I wouldn't have to pay to replace the calendar. So there is hope that they can restore what was in your account I hope the OP has the same luck that I did.
