Photopass mistake

Ugh- so we had the free photo pass included in our package from Costco. I'm used to linking the photo pass to my account in WDW and then having my photos available in the app during my trip. Our first day I went and got our disk from the sales center in CA, in my excitement to post Pics/send to grandparents etc. I opened the disk and entered the code, without going through the fine print. Now on day 2 I saw all my pics from today are water marked again and of course then I read the instructions and see that you are supposed to enter the code AFTER the trip, which makes no sense to me, im assuming I'm not the only one that wants their pics during their trip and not after.

To add insult to injury, as I was looking up the photo pass number on my brand new phone it froze and got the "black screen of death" and now I have no phone to call. I don't think we are going back to the parks today for me to ask, so I was just wondering if anyone else has ever made my mistake and had a CM take pity and fix it, or am I just screwed out of the rest of my pics (which is grand, considering now I have no phone to take pics either) ugh!
 
If you're not going into the park can you call the Photopass customer service number from the hotel's phone?

During a Costco Package trip a few years ago I had trouble with Hopper tickets. I went to the Disney Travel Company at the end of DTD and they were able to correct the problem.

Try going in person to the DTD Disney Travel Co and see what they can do.
If I remember correctly they had really strange hours.
I looked up their hours daily 9am to 2:30pm
They are located at the DLH end of DTD around the corner from Earl of Sandwich.

Plan to see them during a lunch break and enjoy a sandwich at the same time.

Thanks guys! All is right with the world again, once my phone died I was able to power it back on after charging it, then called photopass and they said if I call at the end of the trip they can remove the watermarks! I would still love to actually have my pictures while on the actual trip, but oh well, I'm happy they are working with me!
