Photopass Im home now what do i do?

Ok So we have returned home from our trip been home a week now and we pre-ordered the original Photopass cd. Now I have linked up all the photo pass cards and have my photos and bonus content showing on my account. My problem now is 2 things.

1. I thought I was able to add borders and what not to the photos? It wont let me do this to any picture the add borders option is empty

2. How do I get the photos ordered and on the prepurchased cd?

I only see options or order prints and downloads and i tried doing that to see if the credit would be applied but it wasnt.

In my experience when we dealt with our Photopass account earlier this year....

I could only add borders to the photos taken by the park photographers....If your trying to add borders to photos you imported yourself I think your out of luck. If memory serves, the option wasnt there when I was dealing with my imported photos.

And like explained previously, all photos on your account will be automatically added to the CD when you order.

I've also found that their customer service was awesome and very helpful...give them a try.

To be clear for the OP, ONLY the photos taken by the Photopass photographers will be included on your CD. Personal photos uploaded to the site will not be included.

Yes. Every single photo taken by the photographers will be automatically included on your CD.

You are actually purchasing a "credit" for the cd when you do the preorder. The credit sits in your shopping cart on your Photopass account and then when you get done editing your pics you add a Photopass cd to your cart and the credit cancels out the cost. You just pay a few bucks for shipping.
