Photopass help downloading

I'm having a hard time, I'm hoping maybe someone here can help me. I purchased the memory maker for our trip last week. All of the pictures showed up in my disney experience. I select "Download all" then go to "My Downloads" and this is the screen I get. When I select "download" on one of the line items, it only pulls up one picture. What am I missing? Am I doing this wrong? I've got over 400 pics on there.

So the one labeled Part 1 is only 1 photo?
In my experience those have been all photos, split in to as many parts as it takes to get in all the pics in a reasonable file size

Also, when did you select Download All?
It takes them a bit to generate the compressed files with the photos in them.
It's not instant

Yes, when I open it, its just one photo.

No idea then. I would give them a call.
If you ask for it to Download All it should build several files, each holding 10 or so photos (not sure how it determines how many to include in each) that appear on your My Download list
But the site is full of issues so it's possible something went wrong.
Good news is they have a pretty good tech support dept. I bet they can figure out what happened
