Photopass + (downloading pics)

Hello,

Apologies in advance if this question is somewhere else, I did try the super-thread.

I have added the photopass details to my account and have edited the photos I require (350 photos). Now I am ready to download the photos and order the CD, however when I started to download the photos, it only downloaded the ride photos and nothing else.

I know I am missing something so obvious, but how do I get all the photos added so I can download???

To make things scarier for me, I only have 3 days before it expires and would like to download it all now (I'm from Australia) so don't want to "think" it will all be on the CD and when it arrives I have nothing and its too late.

Hope that makes sense, and hope someone can point the obvious out to me.

I did not opt to download the photos, but when I went to purchase the CD, there was an option to download the photos instead.

From within my Photopass account (at http://www.disneyphotopass.com/), I clicked on the "Disney's PhotoCD" "Order Now" button (upper right quadrant of the screen). It then took me to a page titled "Order A Photo CD". Under the "Choose Delivery Method" I had the option of "Shipped on Compact Disc(c)" or "Download to Your Computer". Is that what you did? I know there were photos under the "My Downloads" section, but those were only the ride photos for my group.

Sane thing happened to me- ride photos right away and I panicked! But about 2 hours later I got an email saying the rest were ready to download. Have you checked again to see if they're there now?

I did notice that, but it still asks for the coupon code, if I enter it then I'm scared I wont be able to use it to order the CD.

I have waited and still nothing I will email the support team. and hopefully they can manually add it.

My understanding is you only get one or the other - you can download them or order the CD but not both with Photopass +. If you download them you can always burn them to a CD later or if you order the CD when it arrives you can save them to your computer. Be aware you will pay shipping on your "free" Photopass CD (or at least I did in Canada)

Yup, one or the other. Free shipping for the CD only in the USA.
