Photopass download?

Has anyone had issues with Disney Photopass downloads? Do find any pictures to be missing in the zip files?

Have spent the last couple of hours trying to download them. Keeps telling me to turn off the pop up blocker which is already off! Did you find a solution? I don't want to lose any of them
