Photopass CD question

Can anyone who has ordered one in the last few months confirm that the number of photos on your order is still unlimited? It hasn't mattered in the past how many photos you have, thus no worries about the number of CDs required. I have nearly finished editing my pics and have about 1500 photos :scared1: Just wondering if this is going to be a problem

Wow 1500 is a lot of pics, you definatley got your moneys worth :banana:

I have just received mine about two weeks ago and had approximatley 700 photos and I didn't have to pay any extra.

Hopefully someone will come along who had a few more pictures to answer but Im sure it is still unlimited!
 
Thanks Sam. We made an effort to find all the Photographers around the parks this time. Obviously there are some that are not worth editing (blinking/closed eyes etc), but we had over 400 plus the 80 from the resort photo session we did.

I know its unlimited thats the point of the cd !! I have had a look on the site so i could copy and paste the info for you but It wont let me copy for some reason :headache:

Oh good. That's a relief! I know they say unlimited, but I wasn't sure if I had overlooked some equivalent of a fair usage policy. Thanks

I have one more silly question. How do you drop the CD into your cart? Do you just click on the album with all your photos in and hit the button at the bottom that says 'Go to Cart'?

I don't recall wondering about this before. I think I will need someone whose account is live though to have a look for me.
 
I don't remember how to order but I do know I thought "I hope I have done that right" It didn't seem very clear but they arrived OK.

Okay, that would probably be the little button I am thinking of - not really any other way to do it, but not what I am used to. I just want to make sure that I order all my photos on CD and don't accidentally order a print by accident. I also don't see my prepaid credit in my cart anymore - it just says shopping cart is empty :confused3 I will be done before my time limit is up thhough so if there are any hassles I can just email them before the pics expire.
 
I seem to remember having to go to the product page and adding to the cart that way but it's been a while. :rotfl:

I just remember editing all my photos and saving them and then coming out of that area all together. Then I went to the products tab and selected the CD and went to checkout, from there it then told me my total was 0 and the credit came off.

If the credit isn't showing though you may need to ring them.

Definatley not the clearest website to use...I have just printed all my photos they look lovely with the borders though :thumbsup2

I will try and phone them at the end of my lunch hour in the hope of getting through quickly.
 
All seems to be sorted. The credit is suddenly showing again. I think it may have been to do with the missing Photo Gallery CD I bought, which they added to may account to be shipped with my Photopass order. I assume this is where it went as I now have a photo cd package credit - whereas before it was just the cd credit.

All I need to do now is to finish editing the last 200 pics :eek: and make sure I can get it into my cart. :)
 
Ugh!! Just ordering my photopass - I paid for it months ago with one of the offers they had on - when did we stop getting free international p&p?! I mean, I don't blame them, but ugh!!!!!!!

I had to pay last August (about $17-18) and again this August (reduced to about $11) so over a year since they started charging.
 
Is it still $11?

EDIT: Sonya you were quick to add your borders. You got back after we did! Was that your full time job for the last week?
 
Thanks. I don't actually mind that - a lot better than the $17 it was a couple of years ago! Mind you even at that, I shouldn't be complaining as I think I will have at least 2 or 3 CDs to hold all my pics. Still 2 parks and some resort shoots to edit. I wanted to be done by the end of the weekend but it isn't looking like it - site is SO SLOW this week!
 
It cost me $22, but not sure if thats because I ordered a calender as well.

I was on a mission Lee, I hate having jobs hang over me, even Disney ones!!! Plus I only add about one border per picture, I'm not as dedicated as I used to be!!!
 
Sonya, I am just looking at my confirmation email from when I ordered mine in April and it says: International shipping $0.00 :confused3 Will have to see what it does at the check out.
 
I prepaid for the CD ($99) so was a bit miffed when I went to finalise it all and found that I had to pay an additional $10.95 postage. They know they've got to post it to you somehow, so why not just show the cost at the start???
