photopass cd help

I received the photopass cd in the mail. The first file is the document for a Disney waiver, it appears the rest of the 3000 pictures are a "file" not .jpeg. I can't change the file (or can't figure out how to. All my photo programs don't recognize them. I need help!

If I go into computer and E drive, I double click to open it. It shows all the pictures numbered and type is file. If I highlight all the pictures and right click it gives me send to, copy (desk top, documents, fax, mail recipient), create short cut, properties.

I'm clueless, usually when I download pics my files just open the my picture program.

Call Photopass

You are the second person within a few days I have seen post this problem. I have previously received a PP CD which was problematic and Disney reissued it and it was fine. It turned out that there was a whole batch of them at the time which had to be redone. So it is possible that this is not user error

I suggest calling rather than email because there is a backlog with their emails right now apparently and it could take days before you hear back from them. Good luck and let us know how it turns out for you
