Photopass cd- do they send multiple disks separately?

I received my photopass disk, but the case has a label that says "2 disks" but only contained one. I only got 94 of my 600+ pictures, and by now they are expired. Of course it is now after the office closes & I am panicking. Will they be able to fix this?

Each of my disks were numbered on the inside - 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc..

The full disks had approximately 475 pictures on it. Please note only the pictures that were taken by the photopass photographers and were edited before ordering will be on the CD. Edits that may have been done after the order (and I mean immediately afterwards) would not be on the cd. There are two CD's in each holder and if you only have a small amount of pictures you get a single holder.

Contact them via email tonight, pictures can be retrieved. Hope this helps.
