Photopass border questions

I am trying to add borders to my Photopass pictures. Some borders just pop up for some pictures and not the others. Is it possible to add a border that is available to another picture to the one I want? I mean, some of the border available miss-matches the photos. If I cannot do it by myself, would it help if I call or email the Photopass hotline to request they add the borders to my account?

Another question: For the pictures that I uploaded myself to Photopass, is it possible to "other borders"? They seem to only have Disneyland/ Disneyworld borders for those, but not park or character-specific borders. And can I have these pictures (with borders added) come with the Photopass CD?

Its been about 5 years since I purchased photo-pass but at that time not all boarders were avail for all pictures taken by Disney. Also any photos i uploaded had an even smaller selection of things i could add as boarders.

Not sure if things have changed but that was my experience

You won't be able to add any borders to your own pictures you upload. You can only use them to create products and gifts.

Certain borders are associated with certain photos; some are park specific, some are seasonal and some are character specific but you won't be able to interchange them. You can only select the ones available for the photo you are editing at the time.

Photos you upload will not be on a PhotoCD. You can purchase them, though, on a Personal Photo Archive CD for $19.95. The Personal Photo Archive CD will include any borders or edits you make on the PhotoPass site.
