Photopass and can you still hold Tink?

With all the changes I'm not sure what they do and don't offer in photopass.
Can I still utilize and buy photos with photo pass without buying a photopass package?

BFF and I took a picture of us holding Tinkerbell years ago but since then I've only ever seen them do the catch the balloons thing which is a super unflattering pose I don't care to try again

I want to recreate the photo since we were 13 and 15 the last time we were in WDW together. I thought it'd be cute

We just did that pic week before last. We got it in Epcot and MK.
We also got to hold chip from beauty and the beast in HS.

Saturday 2/8, young lady Photopass CM on the bridge at AK (where they take pics with the Tree of Life behind you) - I got the magic shots with Tink in my hand, baby Simba, and Stitch.

We have so many pictures of Tink in DD's hands from our December trip. It felt like every time we asked for, or were offered a magic shot, that was the one done. In fact of all the magic shots we got...the only one that wasn't Tink in her hands was at Epcot. A photographer there asked us if we wanted one with butterflies.
