That's about what I expected. I'm sure it will be a great show...it had *better* be, at ~$200 for two adults and one child, in the cheap seats!

My wife has been to WDW once, I have been 17 times.YEKCIM said:Thanks. We are looking forward to going and I'm very willing to spend the extra money in order for my decidedly non-WDW wife to enjoy at least a part of our four day stay.
Come to think of it, I wonder if there any husbands/wives who are equally enthusiastic about WDW. I have talked to various individuals, husbands and wives, who are bigtime WDW fans, but their spouses are lukewarm at best.

My wife and I are both big time fans of Disney. She had never been til we went in 1995 but she is the one who always starts the "when can we go conversations". She was also the driving force behind us joining DVC.YEKCIM said:Thanks. I feel very fortunate to have the wife I have and needless to say it's more than just her feelings on Disney.YEKCIM said:You, sir, are a fortunate man. I should not complain, though. My wife at least *tolerates* WDW. Can't imagine someone having to "tolerate" such a wonderful place, though. She does enjoy it, once there, and has even been known to shift into full turbo commando mode. But, whereas I'm planning the next WDW trip on the way back home from the last one, she is "Disneyed-out" and is not all that wild about going back that soon.
I had been about three times in the mid 70s (yes, I'm officially a geezer) with my bro, when I was in my early 20's. At that time, WDW was the MK, monorail, parking lot, Contemporary and Poly. That was it. Next visit was July 1998, when my company chose The World as our annual meeting venue. Wife and I were childless and although we enjoyed WDW, it was not a huge deal. Next trip was December 2003 and by then our daughter was on board and 5 years old. I was completely hooked within 5 minutes of walking under the MK train station, seeing all the Christmas decor and hearing Christmas music playing on the park PA system.
Now, I can't get enough of it.
