Any experts out there?

I have an account on PB and use regularly to upload photos from my home pc, normally used as a signature on the DIS.

Just that I know you can edit the size to increase/reduce, however some of the pics I cannot get to the right size (as per my pic of Josh on my sig)...and some are either too big or like the one below too small

If I am resizing a piccie ~ I use the pix resizer stuff that I downloaded from the internet.

I haven't no Florence, did think of doing that but thought I would ask on here first.
