Photobook Question

Does anyone know if you can prebuy the disney photopass photo book?
I know you can get a combo pack with the CD but I do not need the CD.

I do not believe there is any per-order discount for the photobook alone.

I am currently putting together a photobook and find the site to be slow, difficult to use and very few options on how to put the pages together. I find the Photopass site overall slow and difficult but the lack of options on pages is really frustrating. I have made my own photobooks using My Publisher and Shutterfly and prefer those.

If it were me, I'd pre-order the CD and make my own book. Costco members get a good discount on My Publisher.
