Photo upload where i can name pics and share

does anyone know how i can do this? I want to be able to write things along the way. Just uploaded to snapfish but i cant write anything. I really wanted it to be free if possible. Any suggestions?

I use kodakgallery.com. You are able to add captions to your photos and then share as a slideshow.

It is free. However, I believe they now make you buy something after 1 year or they will delete your photos. What you have to buy is minimal though, like $1.00 worth of prints, etc.

I've had an account with them forever and only rec'd that email that I had to buy something once. I think my relatives sometimes order prints from them when I send out pics so that counts towards my credit.

What about one that you can share photos here? I have never been able to add a photo and also need to find a place to put our pictures.

myfamily.com anyone that you invite to the site can add photos and tag the people in them. You can select who has that privilege, so you don't have to let EVERY one do it (DH's cousin kept adding all kinds of weird photos that didn't have anything to do with our side of the family, needless to say, I cut off her ability). you can get a free account unless you want to "upgrade", but the only real reason to do so would be if you were adding thousands of photos a month. HTH!

flickr.com has a free account. You can tag your photos and add captions as you wish. I do believe with the free account you are only allowed to upload a certain amount of photos each month though. Shame they don't have rollover like AT&T. Some months I add nothing and other months I could be uploading for days.
