I've never seen this before. I am assuming this was MGM Studios. Never knew there was an Arc de Triomphe there. (I had to google the spelling since it has been well over fifty years since my last French class.)

This is Harry Holt, a former Disney animator. In the mid-80s, he was located in what is now the Town Square Theater. He had some pencil sketches he had reproduced. He would then add finishing touches and personalize them. I have a few from different years.
