Photo revelation - taking scrapping pics with a new view

I love all of these ideas! I have been many times and there is always something I wish I would have taken a picture of! Argh!

I have been experimenting with shots that have a frame that is unexpected.
I plan on taking more foliage shots and ones with the whole family! I don't have too many of those! :)

I've started taking some macro shots of tree bark and leaves! I took one a while ago of a palm tree trunk and it was so useful - you can cut it up for collage, use it as a background behind a title printed on acetate or vellum, use it to mount a smaller photo, or cut shapes or letters from it.....or even just as it is!
You could do this for anything textured really, I especially like to do this for wallpaper and bed linen that I find interesting!

DD will be going to EPCOT two days dressed as Aurora, once in pink and once in blue. A friend's husband gave me a great idea: take her photo in the same spots both days.

Simple but brilliant! I can add the fairies and have a whole bunch of layouts.

Funny thing, he is always making wisecracks about scrapbooking and how expensive it is, but he has some great ideas!

DH bought me a 2GB card to go with the 1GB I already have. Hopefully that will be enough...

For group shots, when ever a CM asks to take your picture say sure, and then also hand them your camera. I do this at all the big photo spots!

one of the other great pictures to take at disney, LOOK UP! The skyline always looks neat from the castle, to the mansion. Differnt angles. I also have taken close ups of the just donald's beak or feet! Mickey's nose.....
That is the one joy with digital ,just snap away and if it works great, if not delete!

Last year when we went to WDW, we actually had our laptop with us so that at the end of each day we could download the pictures onto the computer and not have to worry about space on the memory cards...I think we had two 1GB cards. We definitely had alot of pictures from that trip!
