Photo Pass Question.. Do i need multiple cards?

Hi all..

As always I'm finding the universal site confusing.. I'm looking at the photo pass option ( we get this for Disney) but what is not clear is do I need to buy it for each member of the party? IE can I just get one that is used by me and DH throughout the park or do we need two accounts? We are not splitting up so most pictures will be together if not all.

We buy for just one account and ask for extra cards. I think they can give up to 4 cards with a QR code that are linked to one account

You can also grab new ones if you forget them in the hotel/wherever. They just link the QR code on any of your cards to your account. Note you have to link any card to your account before leaving the park for the night, they erase unlinked photos overnight.

You can get the cards in several places:
1. Any photo pass photographer
2. Any ride photo desk
3. The photo pass stores at the front of the parks

For options 1 & 2 you would then need to stop at the photo pass store at some point during the day to activate your account / connect to your account. But if you are there for rope drop you don't necessarily want to waste time at the photo pass store first thing...
