Photo- pass problems ....

So we got back from our week long trip to the World ...yipeeeee.

I logged onto Photo pass and got a big fat when I started viewing the pictures.

First of all - a LLLLLLOOOTTTTT of the pics are blurry, out of focus, far distance shots, etc. Is this normal ? Once I figure out how to build the book is there a tool is crop them ? and focus them ?

Secondly - our day at AK has a bunch of pics of somebody elses family. Only 1 pic of our own child ..... and in addition to that like 25 pics of monkies, not the "stock" photo's either

Magic photos - to us, it was rather hard to find people who would acutally do them, I was pretty suprised by how many people told us no, they didn't do them, they didn't know how to do them, their camera was set up for it they weren't sure how it would work or come out, or they only did it during such and such hours, only on a tri-pod, only off a tri-pod, etc.

Is there any way to contact Photo pass and try to reclaim our AK pics ?

I am so sorry that this happened to you. We have never had any trouble with ours. In fact we love them so much that we pre order them before we go.

We had some of those issues, call the help number to have things added, like magic pictures....

I noticed alot of in training photopass photographers. Most of them couldn't do the magic shots. I've got a couple of funky pictures on mine too but not as many as you have.

I hope you find your missing AK pictures.
