Photo Pass + package arriving after we leave town.

So I ordered the PP+ a couple weeks ago but looks like it's delayed in shipment and we won't be receiving the initial package before we leave town. Should I be freaking out or is it no big deal? What's in the mail package anyway? Do I need to have family overnight it to me?

I've emailed Disney but figured I'd ask you first as we leave in 2 days and I'm worried they won't reply quick enough.

The mailed package contains the voucher to pick up the PP+ lanyard at the parks, along with a CD of stock photos and the voucher with the redemption code for the photo disc once you get home. You don't need the latter two items at the parks, but the voucher is needed for the PP+ lanyard. I have read that guests were able to get their lanyards without the voucher if they brought proof that they had purchased the PP+ before hand (i.e., their order confirmation).

Thank you. I've printed out a receipt with my order number, hopefully they will honor it at DL.

Yes don't worry, it happened with us and we took the receipt to the camera shop and explained it didnt arrive. It took a little while longer because a manager has to sort it but they got our pass + .

We just brought the emails to the camera shop and they got us set up in a jiffy. Won't be any problem.

Thanks all, luck was with us this trip, it arrived the day before we left, mailman had to come back near dinner time but he got it there in time!
