Photo Pass Issues

We got home a few days ago, went to download our photos from photopass. We noticed several were missing. (The one I really wanted was the one with Santa)

They can not find them because we can not give them a exact time we took the photos.

Lesson learned, keep a log of date & time when a photo was taken.

You don't even have to keep a log. Just snap a quick photo at each photo op you visit, so your phone can time stamp it.

I'm sorry you can't find your photo.

Did you buy anything near that time so you could use the time stamp on the receipt?

You shouldn't need an exact time. Usually if you can reference a picture of your group from the same day, with an approx time of when you were there, that is sufficient. I've usually given them an hour or so window, and they have been able to find the pictures. But as @mom2rtk said, a quick picture with your phone can serve as that record.

That’s too bad. They have found photos for us with a rough estimate of the time and location.
