When does the 30 day clock start for the pre-order CD? When you order it or when you first upload pictures?

Also, do you havr 30 days AFTER you upload your pictures to then edit them and order the CD?

For example, if I start putting in my card #'s on Oct 15 I would then have until Nov 15 to finalize the order? Although my trip ended on Oct 1...

Yes, you are correct. 30 days from the date the 1st picture was taken to claim them. Then you have 30 days from the 1st date of the claim to order.
