Photo pass at Disneyland and disneyworld

Hi all,
I'm lucky enough to be making two trips to Disney in less than 2 weeks, each for short trips.Since I'm visiting different locations I'm wondering if there is anyway to purchase one photo pass/memory maker and link photos from both trips? We are going to California first. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I know it used to be possible to combo them (way before PhotoPass Plus) and you could even get Disney World photos for the Disneyland price (I think you had to go to Disneyland first, if I recall). However, I doubt that you can do that anymore now that they're on two different systems. Disney World is on the My Disney Experience/Memory Maker system while Disneyland is still on the legacy Photopass system. Perhaps someone else has more recent experience with this.
