Photo Packages at Restuarants

I know that when we dine at Chef Mickey's they will take our picture and we will be offered a package to buy.

Are there characters in the pictures?
How much is the package? What does it include?

I know that you have to buy a package to get it on your photopass but how does that work? Do they add it to your card? Is there a number with the package for you to add it to your account?


Will any other restaurants do this? (Just deciding if I want to buy any and from where?)

The photos taken with your family at Chef MIckeys do not include characters. You are basically in front of a big plate with the Chef Mickeys logo. The price is $29.95 which includes a 5 x 7 of the photo of you and a 5 x 7 of a seperate character photo ( generic for all packages). You also get 4 3 x 4's of your picture.

The only other pix places we went to were Cinderella's Castle( pictures are included in price of meal, not seperate package, you get the pix whether you want them or not).

We also did a character breakfast at Animal Kingdom. Same deal, pix in front of the restaurant.

Can you use these pictures as a part of your Photopass CD or do you have to do this separately??

No photo pass stuff involved in the restaurant packages. I don't recall seeing them in any of the restaurants, only out and about in the parks and wherever the characters were.

Yes, there is a number on the side of the picture packages that you can purchase at Chef Mickey's, 'Ohana, etc. & with this number the picture can actually be added to your Photopass account.

When we ate at 'Ohana on Christmas morning, the cast member who was delivering the picture packages to the table was actually giving people the number for their picture packages without them having to purchase the package. She was just telling them how to go put it on their Photopass Accounts. (She was only telling families this who had declined to purchase their packages).
