I know we're in the system with our APs so they'll see that our GADGAD voucher info matches the names and address of what's already on file I'm sure.

Well then, that makes the choice easier! I'll get the figurine and DH can either get one too or FP if it is super busy...

Really? You can't just pretend you don't have an AP and just go get a one day ticket? I don't mean use it to buy a blackout ticket, but just use it for a day ticket. Or, are you in the system as an AP holder so they won't give you the free day ticket? If so we'll just pay the 45 each for that day ( I looked it up), I guess, and get a figurine and maybe the fast passes. (we'll have 2 vouchers, one for me and one for DH)

I have no doubts that the previous poster was told they couldn't do this, but we all know that CM's often give out wrong information. We're also planning to use the GAD ticket on a day that's blocked out for our Deluxe AP's in March. I just can't see them not allowing this... Redeeming the voucher for a free day ticket...

I guess we'll go ahead and bring our non-expiring WDW tickets and have that handy just in case we have trouble with our GAD voucher.

I would love to be wrong. I was put on hold for quite a while while they found the answer for me. I've considered calling again in hopes of getting a different story, but in the end it is up to whoever is at the ticket counter. Our trip is around the same time as yours. Good luck!
