Photo CD from Sam's

I cannot get this to open on my computer. The pictures won't download. I friend got it to open on his computer but when he tried to copy it to a CD it said no CD in drive.
Has anyone else had this problem. BTW I have 3 different Sam's CD's and they all do the same thing.
